What should my file contain?
- Minimum: an item code or name, and the quantity. You don’t need an ERP system; any Excel sheet works.
- For value: a value or unit price column.
- For dead stock: last movement or last issue date, or days without movement.
- From SAP: MB52 gives quantity and value; MC46 gives days without consumption. The same idea works with any other system.
- Without a date you still get the data checks and value concentration.
